Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads. No physical item is sent, so there is no parcel to return.

Cancellation rights

We do not currently ask you to waive your applicable 14-day cancellation right for digital content. Where that right applies, you may cancel within 14 days after the contract is made, including if you have already downloaded the file. Email techcastle4@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and enough information to identify your order. You do not need to use a particular form or give a reason.

We will make refunds due following cancellation within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We do not charge a refund fee.

Download problems, faulty content or content not as described

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or a price reduction/refund where appropriate. Downloading or using the guide does not remove your statutory rights.

Additional refunds

We do not offer additional discretionary or goodwill refunds beyond your statutory rights. This does not limit any cancellation right or other legal remedy available to you.
