For questions about a guide, payment or download, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential workplace information.
Products and orders
Our current products are English-language educational PDF guides. The product page describes the contents, format, suitability and price. Check those details and the free sample before ordering.
Select a product, check the quantity and total, enter your contact and billing information, and select Pay now to submit the order. Review and correct errors before paying. Payments are processed through the methods displayed at checkout. These purchases are one-off payments, not subscriptions.
The final payable amount, including any applicable tax, is displayed before payment. No physical shipping is charged for a PDF. An order confirmation email records your purchase.
Digital access

Practical Guides sells downloadable PDF files unless a product page states otherwise. There is no physical shipment or delivery charge for a PDF.
After successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. It is also available on your order page through the Digital Products download option. Keep your confirmation email for future access.
If a message does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact techcastle4@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us if a download link fails.
You need a device and software capable of opening a PDF. Check the free sample to see whether the format works for you. Our current PDF is in English and may be printed for personal study.
Delivery is intended to be immediate after successful payment, but a payment check or service interruption can cause a delay. Product-specific contents, page count and suitability are stated on the product page.
Permitted use
Your purchase permits personal use of the guide, including reading on your devices and printing for personal study. It does not grant permission to resell, publicly upload or distribute copies of the paid guide. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
Educational scope
The First-Line IT Interview Practice Pack contains fictional, original practice scenarios. It is not a certification, a complete IT training course, an employer marking scheme or a production administration runbook. Some basic IT knowledge is assumed. No interview pass, job offer or income outcome is guaranteed.
AI assisted writing and structuring. Technical topics were checked against the linked official references in the PDF. The pack has not been independently assessed by a hiring panel. Real workplace tasks must follow the organisation's permissions, security rules and approved processes.
Cancellation, refunds and problems

Our products are digital downloads. No physical item is sent, so there is no parcel to return.
Cancellation rights
We do not currently ask you to waive your applicable 14-day cancellation right for digital content. Where that right applies, you may cancel within 14 days after the contract is made, including if you have already downloaded the file. Email techcastle4@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel and enough information to identify your order. You do not need to use a particular form or give a reason.
We will make refunds due following cancellation within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We do not charge a refund fee.
Download problems, faulty content or content not as described
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or a price reduction/refund where appropriate. Downloading or using the guide does not remove your statutory rights.
Additional refunds
We do not offer additional discretionary or goodwill refunds beyond your statutory rights. This does not limit any cancellation right or other legal remedy available to you.

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Providing an email address to receive your purchase does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Marketing preferences are handled separately.
Keeping a copy
You may save or print these terms and your order confirmation. The version provided with your purchase applies to that purchase; later revisions do not retrospectively remove your rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
